  • The playlist function is really awesome and easy for collaboration.
  • Being able to clip sections of audio is awesome.
  • I love the way you can write in comments on the calls.
  • Occasionally the calls do not record, it might be the way our calendars are connected.
  • When you create/edit clips, it is not clear what an outside party will see when you send it to them. It would be better if you had a preview section.
  • Reduced Ramp time for Sales reps.
  • Increasing participation in coaching sessions.
Chorus doesn't just record calls. Chorus goes above and beyond with the functionality to review, a platform to coach, and reporting dashboards.
Chorus integrates well with Salesforce, Zoom, and Outlook calendars.
Clips and call coaching have been phenomenal to use as a manager.
I have not used Customer Support, because the platform is very intuitive. The client onboarding experience and trainings I have been to have been great!
Chorus is an awesome platform for call coaching and for reviewing calls to ensure we have correctly heard our clients. We also use it to help clip portions of calls for clients if they need to refer back to what we have discussed.
