I've had a lot of success using Chorus to ensure I'm hitting all of the preselected touch points needed to ensure a successful call. Chorus has really specifically helped to reduce my filler word use significantly by having that feature there to count those and keep myself accountable. love that about Chorus!! A must for any sales rep that deals with call compliance as well --get this for your sale team if more sales is the goal!

Chorus is a great tool for analyzing and listening to calls. Using it for coaching processes has been extremely impactful and delivers meaningful opportunities to drive change within the sales team. It can be hard to convince the team of the benefit at a rep level (aside from note-taking) but it has a large impact on revenue attained.

be sure to deploy FULLY... specifically the custom tags. These do take an effort to optimize but can be worth it in terms of automating processes

The transcription (from a pre recorded mp3) is also surprisingly useful -- but not at all intuitive so hunt around and take advantage of that feature.

Be sure to make it automatic --- it should just pop up on certain zoom calls and reports/analytics should go to managers automatically.

Chorus helped me ramp up as an SE. I was able to watch our top performing SEs and learn from each of them.

Chorus also helps me get up to speed with sales opportunities that I'm brought into. I can listen to the early calls with the prospect and quickly skip to listen to what they have told us in the past. The ability to listen at 1.5 or 2x speed is also very valuable.

Chorus has been a success among managers because it helps us do our jobs more effectively. As I mentioned previously, having internal alignment on the goals and usage of Chorus is paramount.
I've also learned that if you position the value of Chorus for individual reps, it will increase their adoption of the tool as well.

Chorus has been an awesome safety blanket for catching any notes & nuggets throughout the discovery process. There really is so much valuable information captured, but whether it's reviewed or not is what I feel like is the biggest issue. If sales leadership isn't pushing management to actively review calls with reps, it seems to get pushed to the wayside except by the self-driven reps.
