Coaching in Chorus.ai
Have multiple training sessions with reps on how to get their calls recorded, there is a lot of user error that contributes to that not occurring.
Chorus.ai is Helpful
Chorus.ai - great recording tool
The transcription (from a pre recorded mp3) is also surprisingly useful -- but not at all intuitive so hunt around and take advantage of that feature.
Have someone (martech ops etc.) dedicated to at least a few hours a week to look at the tool and make sure you're maximinzing it's usage by sales/marketing
Be sure to make it automatic --- it should just pop up on certain zoom calls and reports/analytics should go to managers automatically.

Every customer engagement between calls and email is captured, tracked and accessible via a single view in Chorus and in Salesforce so you get the complete bird view context of your deals.
Various sales organization members get access to customer history for smoother handoffs and knowledge transfers.
Chorus.ai Review
When searching for a meeting, there are a couple approaches:
- Search the name of someone in the meeting - then scroll through their historical meetings
- Search the name of the account - then scroll through the account's meetings
- Search the name of the meeting
Sometime Chorus does still get the attendees incorrect, and will say John Doe was in a meeting, but when you click into the meeting, John Doe wasn't there at all.
Overall, it's an excellent product and they're improving it regularly. My greatest frustration has been the Search Engine, but you can be scrappy and learn to make it work.
