We usually use Chorus.ai to track all of our calls. This helps us ensure we get back to our clients in a timely manner and ensure we are not having multiple calls where we ask the client the same questions. It also allows us to share customer's feedback with the rest of the team. It has been an amazing experience using Chorus.ai as it helps onboard new sales reps, but more importantly, when you are having a poor month, you can go understand what the top performers are doing to be in better shape.
  • Call recording. Always works consistently!
  • Have never dealt with outages or any particular issues.
  • Voice to text has gotten 20X better over the years
  • Mobile App - is functional but listening to calls on the go is not the easiest and the UI needs some serious help.
  • Some of their analysis that comes automatically out of the product don't align with our business model so having ability to custom some of the sentiments would be great.
  • Don't always agree with some of their best practices that Chorus.ai and other player's in their space promote to the world. I think context has a lot of weight!
  • Their Voice to Text is done in buckets and sometimes it's nice to just have everything in one document so you can export and enhance it.
  • Reduces ramp time for new reps and CSM's by 2 months which is an additional $500K in revenue.
  • Saves us 5-10 hours per week on getting visibility to our pipeline.
  • Make sit easier to share customer feedback with executives.
We use the basic functionalities of Chorus.ai such as call recording, playbacks, understanding holistically what's going on. One of the best features has been playlists in that we are able to categories and bucket various videos into different categories and be able to allow new hires and new customers for that matter to leverage past history of customer interactions.
Chorus.ai is on par with all of the solutions out there in the Conversational Intelligence category, and now that they've joined Zoominfo, I'm excited to see how they incorporate some of their functionality into what Zoominfo is doing. Overall, it's exceeded all of our requirements and needs
We are able to record internal conversations and approvals as this has significantly helped us ensure we can go back and review if an approval took place, and clear up any misunderstandings.
Their on-boarding, knowledge base as well as self serve resources have been top notch, and anytime we've had an issue, they have addressed it immediately.
They all are amazing solutions that meet all of our core requirements. We selected Chorus.ai as the price was a bit more competitive to the other solutions in the tech stack for having the ability to meet all of our core requirements.

If you need call recording, integrations with your CRM as well as major video conferencing solutions. The product works consistently! Additionally, any time we've had any sort of issue, they've been fairly responsive to our needs, and wants, and almost always address it immediately. Would highly recommend Chorus.ai!
