Overall Satisfaction with Chrome River EXPENSE
Our entire organization utilizes Chrome River expense reporting for both personal expense reimbursement as well as corporate credit card expenses. It streamlines both types of expenses to ease the end user's experience and minimize the need for multiple systems. It is also integrated into both our payroll and accounting system. Last but not least, it is paperless.

We utilized the 1-2-3-Go implementation, which could not have been better. It was quick and thorough. We were able to think through all possible scenarios and brainstorm through the best solutions where the team really took time to understand our process and how to best incorporate it into the Chrome River system.
The integration between Chrome River and our accounting system is so much better than our previous system. It is 99% automated, which is great to save time for more valuable work.
Chrome River was much more intuitive while also very flexible to customize, which was necessary for our company. Other programs did not even come close to meeting our needs. Chrome River was our last stop, and we were thrilled to finally find a company that met our exact needs.
