Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect

We are using Cisco AnyConnect to access our organization network and applications remotely. It enabled us to use organization applications remotely without compromising security. Whether the user is on leave or a business tour, they are able to use organization applications on any network. It can be integrated with a Multi-Factor authentication tool to provide an additional layer of security.

It helped us very much in Covid outbreak when everyone was working from home. Thanks to Cisco AnyConnect, which enabled our users to use corporate applications like SAP, intranet, etc., from home.

It is a must have tool for your organization if you have numbers of users working remotely. It not only helps you to get secured remote access to your organization applications but also helps you to improve your productivity. It enables you to work even after office hours without any issue.

1) It enabled us to use organization applications from anywhere.
2) It enabled us to use our organization applications 24x7, even after office hours.
3) It enabled us to work from home, branch office and even overseas.
4) It helped us to increase our efficiency.
Their support team is extraordinary and quick responding. All support team members have great product knowledge and takes very minimum time for query resolution. Support is available on phone, emails, etc. As per my experience with their support team, I will rate them with 10 stars here because it was truly exceptional.
We evaluated FortiClient before buying Cisco AnyConnect but then we decided to go with Cisco AnyConnect due to better pricing, advanced features, and value for money. Even the integration of Cisco Duo was looking easier in Cisco AnyConnect than FortiClient. Another factor was its reputation, Cisco is well known player in cyber security.

It is well suited for medium and large scale organizations where a number of users work remotely. Even if you have multiple branches which requires secured access to your organization applications (installed in Head Office) you can go for it. It is not recommended for individuals or small businesses because it will be a costly solution for them.
