Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect
I am using it as a mobility client so I can connect to my corporate resources remotely. This specifically helps me to use applications like SAP, intranet, etc from home or client office. It enables me to access corporate applications using mobile hotspots, broadband connections, etc securely. It also enabled me to work 24x7.
It is very useful at month end when there is huge workload and we have to work after office hours also. Now instead of sitting in office, late at night we are able to work from home.

Yes, with Cisco AnyConnect we are able to use corporate applications remotely so we don't have to sit late night in office. It helped our organization to save electricity costs. We able to complete our pending work from home so significant improvement in productivity was seen. We are even we able to use SAP in customer offices for quick resolution of their queries.
We choose Cisco AnyConnect over Sonicwall VPN due to its features and security protocols. Cisco is a leading name in network security and everyone is aware of it. Secondly, we were very comfortable with Cisco products due to their service quality and customer support. All these points we evaluate at the time of purchase of Cisco AnyConnect.

Security play very important role in achieving organization goals. e.g. it protects you from malware attacks and ensure your organization data security. For our organization cyber security we have invested heavily in cisco firewall devices, cisco anyconnect and duo. Even we are using QUICKHEAL antivirus on all our devices.
We choose cisco as it is trusted name in cyber security world. First of all anyconnect which enabled us to access organization application from any other networks without compromising data security. It enabled our user to connect applications like sap from home, customer office etc. Even cisco firewalls are protecting our organization network from malware attacks.
It was our great decision to choose Cisco anyconnect after evaluating below factors.
1) Cisco is one of the most trusted and reliable partner.
2) it has great security features which protects you from latest cyber threats.
3) It is very easy to integrate and configure.
4) Their customer support is excellent compared to others.

We are not using AI for cybersecurity yet. But yes we will be happy to use it in future as it will help us to eliminate repetitive processes and save our valuable time. Threat predictive tool will definitely help us to take necessary actions in early stage and eliminate cybersecurity loopholes.
No we are not using any predictive treat detection and analysis tool in our organization yet. But we are planning to use it in future. We are always welcome for such kind of development.

2 - IT person with strong knowledge of Cisco products and VPN is preferable. He must have strong knowledge of Cisco Anyconnect implementation which is quiet difficult part.

Integration and configuration of cisco Anyconnect with other system is very easy. You can integrate it with Cisco Duo to enable multi factor authentication. Even it's easy to install and use in user's system.
I will prefer security features first and then pricing.

No we didn't purchased premium support because we have IT team with strong knowledge. Even we never faced any major issue with Cisco Anyconnect so far.
At the time of implementation of Cisco Anyconnect, Cisco support team provide us exceptional support which was really great.
