Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000)

Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000) solution innovated our telephony system three years ago where we migrated from analog and digital telephony to IP telephony and also added new unified communications services such as chat, voice, video, and presence to be used in IP phones and computers. The solution improved the telephony and videoconferencing systems used by the company and was easily deployed in our data center. Call costs with the BE6000 have become much lower, and now you make calls to other branches for free.

The main benefit of the BE6000 solution is financial savings. Now we make a lot of free calls between branches and only pay long distance and cell calls. IP telephony technology has also reduced infrastructure cabling, and we now only use a single cat6 RJ-45 cable to connect the phones and computers in the offices. The BE 6000 is an excellent, all-in-one solution that has integrated all of our unified communications into a single system.
BE6000 support is Cisco Smartnet. It was expensive, but it's very good and efficient. Tickets are opened by email and phone with multilingual support. We've only used it a few times because we haven't had any serious problems yet.

I recommend Cisco Business Edition 6000 for scenarios of up to 1200 devices and 1000 users. It's ok for us because we have 800 users, and there are still a lot of licenses left. The Cisco Business Edition 6000 solution is implemented in our data center with redundancy to avoid any downtime. We use messaging, voice, and video features on phones and softphones installed on corporate computers. We have access from anywhere and anytime.
