Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000)
Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000) solution innovated our telephony system three years ago where we migrated from analog and digital telephony to IP telephony and also added new unified communications services such as chat, voice, video, and presence to be used in IP phones and computers. The solution improved the telephony and videoconferencing systems used by the company and was easily deployed in our data center. Call costs with the BE6000 have become much lower, and now you make calls to other branches for free.

- A little complicated to install softphone on macbook.
- It does not support for more than 1200 devices.
- Evolution of technology from analog telephony to IP telephony.
- More security and encryption in voice and video connections.
- Works with legacy phones with ATA.
