We used Cisco Jabber across the whole organization. It resolves our communication and collaboration demands globally, especially during these pandemic times. It provides us the flexibility to have communication regardless if it is on laptop or desktop or mobile phones. It is also compatible on all known types of operating systems.
- It can be integrated with Microsoft Suites. We are dependent on Microsoft and having it combined is a great help.
- It can be integrated to smart watches. Our executives needed this.
- The Jabber call experience. This is being widely implemented in our support teams.

I have worked for multiple companies. In terms of collaboration with additional requirements of stability and security, Cisco Jabber is the best decision for it. Plus, it has a complete set of integrations to other communication and collaboration solutions that are not within the Cisco product portfolio. The after-sales support of Cisco is also well tested based on my experiences working in IT for 12 years already.
