Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
My whole organization uses Cisco Jabber as a communication tool and for collaboration. This tool includes messaging, voice chat, and file and data transfer (including mobile and laptop devices). To be honest, we are not facing or experiencing any problems.
- Easy to collaborate from any device (laptop, iPad, mobile) I.E multiplatform
- Persistent chat for mobile
- Voice call and messages are completely secured
- There are not that many emoticons available in the standard way
- Give the chance to the end users to upload the profile photo
- Animation and display may be improved as of now
- This app keeps telling me my voicemail is calling me instead of telling me who is actually calling.
- It keeps closing when I am on a call and I have to reopen the app so that I can mute/unmute.
- Notifications don't always work.
Cisco Jabber is cost-friendly compared to its competitors like Skype for Business. Also, while doing conference calls, if we use other applications, there is a lot of echoes, and sound quality gets deteriorated. However, with Cisco Jabber, the quality is up to the standard.
