Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

The Webex App is in use across the organization as our primary collaboration platform for all employees. Our national support organization is one of the primary adopters of the team/space functions for messaging, meetings, and calling. Our day-to-day involves using teams/spaces to coordinate support for our customers, employees, and intra-team communication. We also recently added all employees to a community team for employee recognition, wellness, and organization technology updates. My team directly supports the Webex App for our employees and our customers. Prior to using the Webex App we had used Jabber with non-persistent chat. Moving to the Webex App has helped my team with being able to have searchable spaces and a unified experience for calling, messaging, and meetings.

I find the integration between the Webex App and hardware devices to be far superior to the competition. the proximity feature to control devices for calling is excellent. I believe the MS teams app has better governance and control from an administration perspective. Moving from Jabber to the Webex App was a great move. Customers that are using Cisco today for unified communications will have a ton of considerations to make before moving away from the Webex App to Microsoft Teams.
Cisco's internal structure is the reason for this rating. I've had challenges getting to the right person after opening up a case. Cisco's teams like to stay in their lane and will point fingers at another team that should be owning a case. When in reality neither will take ownership of the issues and drive engagement toward a solution.

I find it easy to quickly get in contact with my team, join meetings, and place calls. I think the app works very well for collaboration.
It's my top pick for intra-team communication. Great for setting up spaces in a hurry to facilitate coordinating support for a customer or user.
