Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
It's a collaboration tool. First, we use Cisco Jabber to chat and IM coworkers, ask quick questions, and get quick answers. The best part about Cisco Jabber, unlike other similar tools, is that it easily integrates with our phones (landlines), allowing us to receive and make calls from anywhere as if we are in the office using our physical landline phone.
- Chat/IM
- Make calls
- Receive calls
- Automatically or manually change status (available, away, etc.)
- Meeting functionality can be improved.
- Make it easier to add organization contacts.
- Layout can be improved.
- Better collaboration between employees equals higher ROI.
- Speeds up delivery of service
- Getting quick answers means higher client satisfaction.
All 2300 employees have access to it, however, around 55-60% actively use it.
- Microsoft Outlook
Not very difficult.
I like Cisco Jabber better for chatting and making/receiving calls using our landline phone number as if we are in the office. I also like how Jabber lets you control your status automatically or manually, Teams does not. I think Teams is better for meetings though. We actually use both. Between the two, we think we are well covered.

Cisco Webex Experience
Jabber, Outlook and BlueJeans meetings. Whenever different apps, tools and solutions we use can talk to one another, users are way more satisfied.
Definitely meets our needs, however, we are finding that Microsoft Teams may have better capabilities, especially since we are a "Microsoft shop".
We still have a lot to discover when it comes to Webex capabilities, especially as it related to AI-enabled innovations.
