Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Umbrella
We use Cisco Umbrella DNS services to protect our users on our network at home. We are using it across the entire organization to prevent users from going to dangerous websites.
- DNS Filtering.
- Secure gateway.
- Firewall functionality.
- I wish admins could whitelist via the client rather than loading the website.
- Cisco Umbrella hasn't played well with CATO VPN client in the past.
- It sometimes flags new website as dangerous when they are simply new.

It works very well.
This is the first product we've used to protect roaming users. All others have required the end-user to connect to VPN or be in an office. This works far better than those as it protects the end user no matter the network they are on.
