Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

Webex is used company wide and Webex is the only conference for us. We rely heavily on Webex.

Pros

  • A trust company and product.
  • Business oriented.
  • Easy to use and join.
  • Highly secured.
  • Great integration with PSTN.
  • Great integration with on-prem.
  • Great video conference system for conference room.

Cons

  • A bit delay of new features compare to top competitors.
  • Services and quality vary from different resellers.
  • Video share.
  • Price is competitive.
  • Covered by Cisco TAC support.
  • Integrated with Cisco sales channel.
  • Reseller varies on overall product quality. Some reseller can't provide all or latest features which affect user experience.
Google hangout meet: host can't mute participants.
Skype for Business: transition product.
Zoom: very good product but has security concerns.
MS Teams: typical MS style. Does the work but everything is not the best.
Webex: Cisco sales channel, TAC support, integration with on-prem UC, best video conference endpoint makes Webex the best.
Very good product but needs to continue improve with features and ideas.

Webex is operated by Cisco with highest security standard and records. The latest Webex support upto 1000 participants in single meeting. Webex is the most stable and reliable conference in the market.
