Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams

We use Webex (formerly Webex Teams) across the whole organization. We replaced a number of unitasking collaboration tools with this one tool to provide a seamless experience for both in office, and remote workers wherever they are. It allowed us to support one product and give a consistent experience for everyone.

  • Teams and Team Room Chats
  • Meeting Joining
  • Separate app for webex meetings and teams
  • Event center is still not integrated
  • Presence indication could use some work with the calendar integration
  • Allowed us to remove MS Skype,Teams, Polycom and goto meetings
Provided a consistent tool for voice video, IM and team room collaboration, as well as integration with in office meeting room kits.
Depends on who you get as a technician.

Relatively self explanatory.
For workforces that relay on both in office and mobility, the use of tools on many platforms provides the same rich experience. The mobile tools are really well done and don't inhibit the experience.
