Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We have multiple sub-departments in our Firearms department, including Raffles, Online Sales, Federal Compliance, Marketing, etc. I use ClickUp to manage each sub-department and the various tasks and timelines. It helps me to stay on top of the different projects and assign them to my team. Allowing me to create folders in each Space helps to segregate the tasks into manageable sizes.
- Folder view keeps projects organized
- Templates save significant time setting up new projects
- Assigning tasks to team members keeps them accountable for work
- Setting due dates keeps us on task
- Gmail integration
- Better way to view daily task list
- Reduced redundant work between team members
- Sprints motivate me to accomplish a subset of work without distraction
- I am able to track marketing costs for individual projects and determine the remaining balance of the allocated budget
Team members are encouraged to enter their individual unassigned tasks so I can determine their workload before assigning additional work. Projects are managed by assigning work and setting due dates and dashboards are set up to view individual task management.
Instead of using Google Calendar and tasks to manage daily task list we use ClickUp and can see every project at a glance. Open tasks in projects stand out and are not overlooked under a large task list. Priority is given to critical tasks so the team knows what to work on first.
The automations in ClickUp work a lot better than Monday's and Asanas. The overall color scheme of ClickUp is easier on the eyes too. Zoho doesn't have folders and we can't break down the projects as easily. Monday only allows a certain number of automation. The price is right too.
