Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to follow up on the business process and see what our teammates are working on. Each person has the responsibility to add their own tasks to inform others and also follow up on her/his own working process. Also, the other reason why we're using ClickUp is to set a due date and follow up on the efficiency of the employees in this way.
- Task hierarchy
- Setting dependencies easily
- Customizable status
- Restoring archived items; when the tasks are deleted and restored, the subtasks should also be restored
- Simple UI for home page
- Detailed search
- Timesaver
- Using as a kind of archive like Google Drive in more regular way
- Observing employee outputs in a countable way
We're using ClickUp for task management and tracking team members' working process mostly. Before ClickUp, we used of similar service and it was hard to manage the tasks in terms of the number of assignees. We can add only one assignee and it doesn't work for us because some tasks belonged to several people. That's why we could add one of that person and the others were only mentioned in the tasks. It really decreased the efficiency of management. Now, we can add all the assignees related to work and follow them under only one task.
To speed up the process and also increase efficiency, we integrated ClickUp with Slack and all people are notified by also Slack. Each project has its own Slack channel in our company and related ClickUp space has been integrated into that channel. In this way, we reduce the possibility of being overlooked and have an opportunity to notify related people immediately.
