Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to manage our daily tasks, we create spaces/ groups for each company we work for, and within the spaces we create folders for each type of work we do for the customers, and the tasks sit within these folders.
Pros
- Time Management - using the time tracker means we can see where time is lost and implement new processes to speed up our work
- Reports - there is an array of reporting options so you can see everything going on and keep good track.
Cons
- Currently happy with all of it so far, for some businesses, it would be good to have a SMS system built in perhaps
- its saved us so much time in management sorting
- recording task times means we could focus on the jobs that take longer and work to set them up
- but having taks listed, no job gets missed
This isn't really applicable for me as i use it a sole user at the moment
as a new business, this doesn't really apply to me
monday.com was a little easier to use at the start, but it didn't have the versatility and was more expensive.
