Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use it to manage 30 clients globally for our agency. Essentially, we run 100s of projects through ClickUp every month. It is the backbone of all of our project management.

Pros and Cons

Easy to use.
Easy to access (mobile or desktop).
Easy to train other employees for adoption.

Sometimes it can be buggy and slow.
Moving from task to task should be easier.

Our productivity globally has increased significantly since we implemented ClickUp. We currently have over 50 users across 5 continents who are cross-collaborating on very detailed projects. This has allowed us to cut down the delivery time of projects quite a bit.

All-in-One Productivity Platform

There are multiple ways. But I think the email integration functionality has had the biggest impact. It saves tons of time putting in communication across clients and projects.

Alternatives Considered

Asana and Trello

Asana and Trello are great products for more simple project management workflows. But for more robust projects ClickUp blows them out of the water.

ClickUp can handle a heavy load of tasks and projects that the project management tools can't. It also allows for more robust ways of doing subtasks within a task. Also, I love we love the time tracking feature. This allows us to manage and bill out projects on a customer-by-customer basis easily.
