Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a web agency, we use ClickUp for two main things:

Tasks for our clients.
CRM

Before, when clients wanted something to be done on their websites, we got emails, SMS, FB Messenger message, and phone calls. It was a real mess! Requests were on different supports. With ClickUp, we created a list per client and asked them to fill a form directly from their website dashboard, so tasks are automatically created. And with the CRM, we stopped using Excel files and gathered all info in ClickUp. It really spares us many, many hours!

As I'm working alone, I don't have a team. But sometimes, I integrate a graphic specialist in the tasks, and it's really easy to collaborate and exchange info.

With an embed code to integrate the form and the dashboard, we could integrate all this directly into the client's website's dashboard. So it's easier to work!
