Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We manage all daily tickets, projects, track meetings and many more things.
Move anything that needs to be done or tracked or has a due date to complete, to ClickUp. It covers almost all of our daily activities.
  • Sending daily reminders via email and notifications.
  • Task and project management.
  • Well organized.
  • Cant add new requester name.
  • Sometimes its slow while using.
  • Doesn't have all the functions is Mobile app.
  • Saves a lot of time for all the employees.
  • Easy to track for management team.
It has become very easy for us to keep track of all the tickets, follow up with the clients and make sure everything is getting done in timely manner.
It is very convenient to keep all the things to work on at one place, specially when you can multiple tasks at a time.

ClickUp has so many features that it is a great tool for many uses. I recommended it to freelancers who started their own businesses to keep lists and track their time. But I can imagine how a large organization could use it to manage their entire organization (human resources, team management, sales automation, accounting tasks, etc.). The only requirement is that it is well thought out and managed.
