Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
What I love about ClickUp is how it allows me to stay on top of my coaching business as well as my household, where I also homeschool. I’ve introduced ClickUp to my clients by providing a workspace for them to track their work and their progress as they go through my programs, and it has been a game-changer.

- Plenty of integrations.
- I would love to be able to screen record in Safari but that’s just a small detail really.
- Email integration maybe.
- Plenty of hours saved.
- Less energy going back and forth between clients.

At the moment, I don’t work with a team, but as a solopreneur, I’ve been using ClickUp with project-based virtual assistants and several clients. It’s made my life easier as I just track everything in one place. Less clutter with documents and emails and messages; now everything is on ClickUp.
I used to use worksheets or workbooks and then Facebook Groups for some programs, even Google docs, and Sheets, and after some time, it’s hard to find them all. Now they’re house in one space, it makes working smarter way easier, not just for myself but my clients as well.
I preferred ClickUp because it looks way nicer. There are so many ways to customize it, and I can do more with it than these systems combined. Whatever limitations these platforms have, I found I can do with ClickUp. It was easier to navigate and learn as well, even for a non-techie person.
