Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
As a busy small business, we use ClickUp to organise our clients and active projects so that all outstanding jobs are easily identified. We use the tasks to create full pipelines or small one-off jobs. ClickUp enables staff to see what has been completed and what is left to do on any active projects so that work can be assigned efficiently.

- A calendar view for each member showing assigned jobs would be great
- More tailored notifications (sometimes there are so many you get notification-blind)
- Rather than have a daily meeting to assign tasks, we are now able to simply log into ClickUp. Many hours saved
- Makes us more efficient. Log in and see what needs to be done - is better than an email conversation
- Makes sure that no project gets put on the back-burner
Project management has improved considerably, with staff members now taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion rather than waiting for someone else to do the job. We have managed to streamline our processes to make the most of our limited hours at work to prioritise and manage our clients. We feel more in control when certain projects launch
We haven't used any other apps like this - but ClickUp has helped us cut down on endless email conversations about clients which end up getting confusing. ClickUp gives a single task list per client making our pipeline faster and more robust.
