The best and most flexible team and task management software we've tried

We used different solutions prior to ClickUp, which we began using by recommendation of one of our co-founders who used it on a different company. We began using it to help with the management and start of operations of our start-up which was a new line of business consisting of a small general Hospital.

As you might imagine this was a heavy task but ClickUp definitely made it easier for us to bring the project to fruition, as it allowed us to connect all the different areas of the company and providers to be on time and to be able to schedule effectively most of the project.

We used it to keep track of meetings with investors, customers, construction companies, medical equipment providers, obtaining the necessary permits, legal structure, contracts and many other areas.

In my particular case it was specially helpful as I was able to create different areas within ClickUp to separate my other responsibilities as a CEO and even my personal tasks. I start my day knowing exactly what I have to do for the day and it helped med be more relaxed knowing everything has been scheduled and no tasks are being left behind.

Aside from ClickUp, we use Google Workspace where most of our documents and meetings are made. The integration of ClickUp with calendars allows us to schedule work and meetings, set deadlines and improve collaboration on different subjects with great traceability. The more the team integrates workspace with ClickUp, the better collaboration and time management the team has.

ClickUp has helped our teams to not only collaborate and trace tasks, responsible, and assign due dates and critical tasks, but automation of recurring tasks, meetings, deadlines, and the whole workflow of the project which is especially useful when taking on construction projects as complex as building a Hospital (as was our case).
