We use ClickUp for project management (internal and external), client onboarding, client document collection, strategizing, keeping our quarterly projects, and many more. It helps with multi-channel communication and allows for other external parties to join specific boards and keep things really organized as a whole. This has definitely streamlined our whole customer experience as well.

It has helped with project management and collaboration, both internal and external. It makes it easy to let anyone track what is happening and the things that are required to happen to make the project successful. It is also great for managing clients and getting relevant stuff from clients in an orderly fashion.
Yes, it has definitely helped us simplify the process of onboarding and also helped us integrate into our google drive platform to request more documents.
I like ClickUp more because of its modern interface.
