Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp to organize and manage internal business operations. It allows me to monitor employee progress on projects, comment on idled tasks, and add clarity to any confusion. I also use ClickUp for client project management. For client projects, I share a dashboard, Gantt chart, and task list folder.
- Task List
- Dash Board
- Variety of views
- Integrations for better tracking especially on the goal side
- A quick tutorial and assistance when a new user is added to a project/folder
- Bugs. Windows app freezes and doesn't update. I have to close the app and re-open to get the changes to appear
- Positive impact on project speed and efficiency
- Improved collaboration
- Significantly reduced spend
ClickUp has helped foster collaboration on tasks by allowing multiple departments to communicate and enabling remote work for all employees. The biggest benefit we have seen in terms of collaboration is the project management side which requires an agile approach. Scrum Master and Product Owner are able more effectively manage the team with a macro approach.
ClickUp has allowed us to eliminate a handful of apps and just use their app for productivity purposes. We still use Zapier for most automation as it seems to work a bit better. ClickUp is really good about improving its product, so we may switch to ClickUp for automation as the app continues to improve.
- Asana and monday.com
I prefer ClickUp because it works the way it is supposed to. Other productivity apps we have tried will introduce and promote a feature that is typically very broken. We ended up spending more time on chat with customer support than working. I think we have maybe contacted ClickUp's customer support a handful of times.
