So thrilled to be utilizing ClickUp as our project management system

ClickUp has helped to remove the silos within our organization and especially within our team. By moving our processes and procedures into ClickUp, our team has been able to better streamline our tasks, increase efficiency and productivity, and also support each other as a team.

Lastly, the mind mapping feature has been extremely helpful for the director of our team as she manages a large team of 10 people. She is now able to utilize the min mapping feature to share with our administrators all the work our team is managing as well as see individual staffs current capacity/workload.

Our team's communication has drastically improved since migrating over to ClickUp. Across our team, we have a better idea and understanding of each person's capacity. The ability to assign tasks and include a due date has ensured that there is ownership of all items. We are able to refer to ClickUp during our team meetings to review any overdue or outstanding tasks which helps make sure nothing falls between the cracks.

Our team loves the chatting/tagging feature to keep all communication regarding a task/project directly connected within the system. We no longer have to leave the program to dig through our inbox to find the information.

One area where I have personally seen an increase in productivity is by creating recurring tasks. The ability to have these items repeat on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis has been incredibly helpful. While the weekly tasks reminders are not as crucial, the monthly/quarterly/annual recurring tasks have been a lifesaver especially as these are the items most often forgot about. More than that, by including the processes and important links/files/documents, all the information for how to complete the task is at your fingertips as well.
