Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp mainly for project management. ClickUp has helped us streamline our processes and implement them in such a way that has enabled us to scale our operations with ease. We have also recently invited our clients to our workspace and with how easy it is to set up a dashboard on ClickUp, we have gotten very positive responses from them.

  • There are bugs from time to time

  • I hope the Web App is less buggy
  • Increased collaboration and productivity
  • Acts as a database and documentation for record-keeping
  • Make scaling up operations easier
We, in the company, manage a lot of different clients and projects. This involves multiple teams working on different accounts. This was a problem that needed to be solved. During the early days of our company, we mostly used email for this. As a process Manager, I was tasked to evaluate task completion only via email updates from team members and this was not efficient. When I created a process map to map out all of our tasks and how they connect to each other, we then transferred these processes with ease to ClickUp. Now, we don't have to read 200+ emails daily, we only have to look at tasks that are relevant to us. We have increased the productivity of our team members and thus helped in scaling up our operations.
Primarily, the creation of templates enables us to quickly create new spaces whenever we have new clients since the work involved is much too great to just be creating lists. We have organized and divided stages of our service such that our clients know where we stand in terms of onboarding or campaigns. In addition, organization features in ClickUp help us organize a lot of tasks, especially for people who manage different clients and handle different tasks for those clients. The hierarchy is also easy to navigate and the dashboard enables us to simplify data presentation to our clients so they don't have to delve deeper into knowing how the platform really works which in turn saves them time as well.
  • Notion
Notion is more geared towards personal use, unlike ClickUp which is geared towards team collaboration. When we were evaluating which platform we should use to translate our processes into a scalable structure, ClickUp was the easy choice as Notion is more complicated. There are similar features between the two but I do believe the experience is much more personal in nature in Notion as customization is leaning towards the blogger/students.

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of ClickUp go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy ClickUp again?

Yes

ClickUp is best for companies that offer services to multiple clients. It is the perfect avenue to perfect your process as a starting company and slowly scale it as your operations grow with you. ClickUp has tools to visualize your process, goals, etc. It is the peak of collaborative work and it has been improving on that end, especially with the addition of the Whiteboard View. ClickUp might not be well-suited for people who will only be using it for personal uses like personal productivity. The platform is too robust that working on it alone will really make you feel alone.
