Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use Clickup for our end-to-end product development process - from initial ideation, problem exploration, and feature scoping to creating epics + feature tickets and sprint management. Myself and most of my team use ClickUP as our single source of truth and only productivity tool - which is great to have as an all-in-one tool, rather than cobbling together multiple solutions! We also love that all of the display are flexible and can be tailored to the project and individual people's work styles.
Pros
- Being an all in one solution for document creation, agile sprint management, task management, team communication on tasks
- Allowing you to flexibly change the view of roadmaps and tasks from gannt charts to lists and rank by priority etc
- Range of integrations into our most used work tools like Slack, Gleap etc to make workflows seamless
Cons
- Clickup Search can sometimes be glitchy and not work very well
- When multiple users are editing the same doc and list at the same time the doc sometimes doesn't update or save in sync
- When you add filters to a list, open up a task and then exit that task to go back to the list, your filters aren't saved and you often have to refresh the page and readd filters to get back to where you were
- At least 2x increased productivity across different teams > comms between design, product, marketing and engineering team

We only use Click up as our single productivity tool and integrate it into Slack and Gleap (our user feedback, bug reporting, live chat integration)

Great for flexible document management compared to notion.
