Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I used ClickUp for years in order to manage my to do lists in an organized way, as i manage a lot of differents fils and projects, with differents caracteristics and challenges. So tasks are planned for the long term, other for shorter time. The tasks also vary in type : as we are a small association i manage all kind of tasks.
- Saving to do lists
- Personalizing the way you show the differents lists
- Lot of details can be saved (time allocated, personalized indicators...)
- The mobile app is very badly designed
- I miss a effective planner view, where you can plan what task to do on what day
- I do not forget tasks anymore
- It brings me peace of mind
- It helps me plan my work
I am the only employee : i do not use the collaborative tool
As i tested a lot of differents tools, ClickUp as proven to be the more complete and adapted to what i was looking for.

I was searching for a tool that managed various level of tasks folders (and subfolders) in order to organize a very diversified job. I was also looking for a tool with a view that allowed me to see what i have to do today (not perfect in ClickUp but better than in other)
