Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to manage projects, tasks and overall workload in our small agency.
The main benefit is, that ClickUp allows us to communicate in the context of customers/project instead of e-mail-threads.
It allows for quick access to relevant information.
I personally love the workload-view, which allows me to schedule tasks in a way that makes it realistic to complete them.

I personally love the workload-view, which allows me to schedule tasks in a way that makes it realistic to complete them.
Pros
- structuring project-relevant information
- managing workload
- create templates/automations for recurring tasks
Cons
- it sometimes feels laggy
- sometimes you have to reload a view to display recent changes
- it has some minor issues with the user interface (adding due dates to subtasks after it has been created costs 3 clicks)
- my planning-time nearly halfed after switching to ClickUp (from Trello)
- context-based communication with team-members over ongoing projects would have been nearly impossible in the "old" setting
- there's increased certainty about what has to be done when
- there's much less delivering late, because of the workload-view.
For context: We're 3. Our most-used collaboration feature: using comments to document changes made to customer ad-accounts so that all parties know what has been done there. Context-related questions and answers also are sooo much more convenient than E-Mails with different topics.
Actually, we still use Google Docs, a third-party time tracking app, slack, loom and other tools, since most non-core-features of ClickUp are not as good as we would wish.
But since the core features are really great, productivity has improved nonetheless.
