Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We utilized ClickUp to manage our group projects using agile methodology. We build custom databases and it can get hard to meet deadlines or know who is responsible for what. ClickUp is a great environment where we can orchestrate all of our project requirements and set deadlines, and schedules, and even make assignments.

We didn't have to feel lost often. We made sure to share complete communications through comments on ClickUp. Everyone leaves feedback on any matter.
I haven't used the automation part of ClickUp
ClickUp has better features that allow the teams to include complete information. Microsoft Planner can only set deadlines and assign users.
