Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp helps us organize our work. As a Development Team member, I know the struggles with finding the key tool to keep track of all the requests that need to be developed, and integrating with other tools where the code is built. ClickUp has found a way to kick those 2 problems, including great ways to organize the information (what they call "Views") which is really helpful when looking for the best way of organizing your work, same happens with the dashboards which I consider a total win since those work as a filter for looking for the exact information that needs to be tracked. They are doing amazing with all the tools and widgets provided to make it smooth to manage a team, even an organization.

Managing projects' tasks and tracking progress is what ClickUp has helped our organization with. Also brainstorming by implementing the whiteboards and form views to make everyone in the team collaborate with new ideas.
In the past, we used 2-3 different tools just for project management since any of those was able to gather in one single place all the needed features to allow us to work until we found ClickUp which has for sure exceed our expectations.
ClickUp gathers in one single place the tools we need for management, in addition, it makes it simple to understand how the tool works and get the most out of it.
