Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
My team and I love ClickUp, it's a great way to manage and assign tasks to the wider team, and also have a snapshot view of what they have got on their plate at any given time. We can export and analyse tasks assigned/completed as an overview which helps us plan how to allocate resources.
Pros
- Analysis of time spent on tasks by team members
- Helping allocate tasks fairly to team
- Overview of what parts of the business are requesting more work, etc.
Cons
- I think sometimes the layout of it can be a little confusing, sometimes I find it hard to find things I have found before
- Sometimes the page can get a buggy and titles, etc. disappear until I refresh the page
- Have helped reduce burnout by ensuring we are not giving team members more tasks than they can do within the working week
- Goals are being reached quicker as there is less recapping and meetings needed
Assigning different team members to subtasks of the same task means the wider team can see who is waiting on what, and what they still need to do. Especially when working from home, I think this makes communication and bigger projects much easier to keep track of.
This is the only productivity app our team uses, as it does every job we need it to do.
