Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

My team used click up to manage the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of an online, on-demand professional development course for our Service Providers (who deliver basic adult education content to adults who want to achieve their adult high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED), improve essential skills, or updgrade academic skills for futher academic pursuits.

Pros

  • collaborating on a complex project
  • communicating among team members
  • keeping track of tasks, deadlines
  • organize and designate tasks

Cons

  • notifications (simplify where you select preferences)
  • made working collaboratively more efficient, thus saved time
  • everything accessible from on spot also save time and increased efficiency
managing a complex, multi-activity project
same - kept us on track, we all knew where to go to find new tasks, assign tasks, ask questions about task, access relevant documents....
We tried using Kanbanchi project and task management before, but it wasn't as intuitive and didn't have the same level of functionality - Kanbanchi didn't come up on the list above - I know one of our team members looked at GanttProject but settled on ClickUp

Would you buy ClickUp again?

It worked well on a team project where we each had specific tasks (and some tasks relied on other team members completing certain steps first). It helped us keep track and keep on top of tasks. Not sure how useful it would be for an individual project (but haven't tried to use it in that capacity so can't say for sure).
