Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
In video marketing, we have many projects to work on at a time. We also have many different departments we interact with. While using ClickUp, we are able to organize ourselves and produce our work in a timely manner. Without ClickUp, we use to have weekly meetings and write everything on a white board, which took away time from producing into managing logistics. With ClickUp, we can have everything online, which gives us more time to actually produce.
Pros
- Organize our due dates
- Allow coworkers to interact quickly and assign tasks without having to hold a meeting
- Organize all of our tasks in one location that everyone can see and access easily.
Cons
- I wish that tasks that are not completed during a set time period would automatically transfer over to our next sprint.
- a chat feature that allows me to talk with coworkers might be good, but possibly redundant
- I don't manage the spending on this program, but we use it so it must be worth the price.
Our collaboration has improved drastically because we can assign specific tasks within subtasks to people we work with, and that is very helpful and keeps things clear and organized.
We have simplified our productivity process because we, my coworkers, can organize our goals publicly so we know if we need to assist or not.
