Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to track projects and tasks, also as a CRM using some templates ClickUp includes in our business plan. Aside from that, we share organized documents with our clients inside our ClickUp environment. ClickUp allows us to embed Google Sheet tables that we often need to include in our documents.
- Time tracking
- Project Tasks organization
- Creating dynamic documents to share with clients or anyone.
- Extended documentation
- Additional basic features in forever free plan.
- Change in the price structure. API usage feels expensive.
- ClickUp has reduced the reporting time of our UX Research team.
- Timesheets has allowed our team to schedule better timeframes for delivery.
Definitely ClickUp has helped our UX design and research team to easily build project documentation and important data, that helps in the brainstorming and ideation process of our UX methodology. Aside from that is important to share that the projects are organized in stacks that are easy to browse and search.
ClickUp has turned into our main tool for reporting, CRM, project management, task lists, productivity, brainstorming, time tracking, and automation headquarters. So, during the last two years, we have been mastering ClickUp until it became our main workflow framework. Definitely ClickUp has impacted us in a positive way our team productivity.
- Notion
For us, ClickUp is a more powerful tool compared with Notion. For example, to track time in ClickUp we just have to open the project task tab and start the time tracking. In Notion to track time we had to enable additional integrations and browser extensions with third parties like Togglr in order to track time.
