Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
A few years ago we implemented ClickUp in the educational institution where I work because we had to improve the processes in the organization, it was very complicated in a company with around 150 employees, knowing what they are doing and measuring progress, something that has been achieved through the use of ClickUp. We had used other online applications like Trello, but ClickUp is definitely evolving quickly and they are thinking of everything. Currently, the tool has matured enough and I recommend its implementation in companies.
Pros
- Activity control
- Control of compliance times
- Generation of indicators of different types of activities
Cons
- Improve on the dashboard, the indicators are very repetitive
- Improve licensing costs, there should be a licensing pull
- For educational institutions, there should be other types of financial offers
- I cannot make a monetary comparison, however, the level of compliance and quality of delivery of products or services has greatly improved.
- Currently, through the tool we focus on doing what is really necessary, prioritizing certain areas and activities, which has led to a better distribution of resources.
- Unnecessary work has been eliminated and we only focus on the objectives
It is definitely a strength of ClickUp, it not only allows collaborative work, but through its dashboards, it has allowed everyone in the institution to know the current situation in which the entity finds itself.
Through organized work, with ClickUp we have been able to find out which activities actually generate value and which do not, so we give priority to those that generate value, which has enabled us to meet 98% of the objectives.
- Trello and monday.com
ClickUp evolves very quickly and makes things very easy to do, even the creation of dashboards is very easy and the graphics are very interesting.
