We use Clickup to manage projects throughout the entire company. To ensure departments are communicating efficiently as they are working through projects. We also are able to track responsibility for tasks & projects as it relates to individuals. We have been able to implement an entire damage management and feedback system.
Pros
- Allows you to track tasks based on filters.
- Allows you to integrate with other platforms.
- Allows to plan out projects in entirety. Even allows subtasks.
Cons
- Automation
- AI Features
- Backlog List
- Has cut project timelines down
- Has significantly decreased the number of meetings needed.
- Better collaboration amongst the company
Our organization's collaboration has tremendously improved since adopting ClickUp. We are able to use Clickup to communicate rather than the need to have countless meetings related to projects. We've also been able to keep projects organized as they cross different departments, everyone is in the know on whats going on at all times.
Our team has been able to simplify our productivity processes by setting up and utilizing ClickUp's automations. We can now have work be transferred between departments without the need for human interaction. Clickup has also cut the number of productivity apps we need, we can house projects, tasks, and documentation all under one
- Notion
ClickUp was a better option for us because it integrated with more systems than the other system, this helps out a ton when looking to pull information into a central space. It also had better features such as the gnatt chart, that other platforms didn't offer. Clickup has been a gamechanger for our org.
