Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp as a way to track work as well as to communicate about projects across teams. We have 4 large teams and a large variety of digital projects.

Pros

  • Track my work
  • Manage my team
  • Communicate with higher ups

Cons

  • It isn’t always intuitive
  • We use it daily at stand ups.
  • It provides a single location for information.
Collaboration between or front end, back end, design, and QA teams has improved greatly. It provides us with a way to communicate that everyone understands. It also allows management insights into the work happening and where projects are at.
Again, ClickUp gives us a single source for all information. It makes stand up easier and quicker.
I believe that ClickUp gives us the same features as multiple products in one place. It also integrates with Slack which is our company communication source.

It does well once you learn how to use it. Not completely intuitive, however. There is a learning curve.
