Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp for task management, project management, work-related workflows, recruitment flows. We also use it to work with external partners and communicate with them effectively. We have also started using ClickUp for data management, approval processes, communication across the board and general tasks.

- The approvals flow could be better
- It could be a bit more user friendly for those with limited experience with a task management program
- The split between "important" and "other" notifications is sometimes off and means some tasks are missed.
- Increased collaboration
- Time reduction on tasks
- Allow us to work remotely easier
We all know where each other is up to on tasks and allows us to communicate with each other on our work. We can also share documents and have them as live documents which everyone has access to
