All in One

We use ClickUp for project management, our onboarding and offboarding, as a candidate management system within hiring, as a ticketing system, an internal helpdesk, internal data requests, external discount requests and until most recently also for annual leave approvals.
ClickUp solves a lot of problems in one place. As someone with a very varied role it allows me to keep on top of my tasks even if they're spread across every department of the company. Instead of using 10 tools for every use case, we can use one tool to cover everything which is super important to us as a smaller business.

We work with Task Forces a lot. These are made up of members across various departments and various levels of seniority. Using ClickUp allows those to collaborate effectively and asynchronously which saves everyone time spent in meetings.

For us, moving the hiring pipeline into ClickUp saved us having to manually process applicants and allows hiring managers to spend less time reviewing candidates. ClickUp removes repetitive steps in a lot of processes. Instead of 3 people digging for relevant information one person records relevant information in ClickUp that others can reference.
