Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
My team in marketing uses it to delegate tasks and show what each team member has going on. This platform allows us to keep everyone on task and plan out our schedule far in advance as we always have a lot going on. It's easy to get lost and forget tasks that are assigned to you if you don't have a central tracking system, and it also allows each individual to be accountable for their work.
Pros
- Tagging projects
- Categorizing folders for different topics/campaigns
- Collaboration with teammates
Cons
- Excessive emails
- Navigation around the platform
- Deadline setting and progress tracking on the individual level
- 20% increase of attendance at events, with the help of managing event checklist on ClickUp
- Increased advertising outlets thanks to better tracking with deadlines
- quicker turnaround time with the completion of tasks
Before, my company only had a spreadsheet to detail the tasks of everyone. We knew we needed a better system, so we found ClickUp. Now our team is constantly saying "I'll throw it in ClickUp" so we can start collaborating on there and move forward with brainstorming that way. Being able to toggle on and off using "Me Mode" makes it easy to use it for our own personal tasks as well. Allowing us to create our own categories is great for different topics, it's completely personalized to our team, which I love.
It's always satisfying getting to mark a task as completed and our whole team feels that way. Because we're able to cross items off our list, I feel like we're able to complete tasks faster as we're able to run through our to do list daily. Looking back at all the items we complete each year, we've seen an increase in the amount of things we've been able to get done this year compared to last year.
