Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
As our projects are strechted over a long period, we use ClickUp to keep a tab on current progress and open tasks. Also we write our documentation-log so we can quickly dust-off the project when it needs another sprint. Also we use it to write our Wiki on our organisation and processes.

Everybody is on the same page as project documentation is bundled per project with backlogs and sprints. Whiteboading is not yet used often as we need to migratie from Miro to ClickUp. The Wiki helps onboarding new employees and functions as a reference for non-frequent processes for the whole team.
We're gradually moving away from other tools when they are available in ClickUp. Pipedrive is automated in such a way that once a deal is won, a project is created, a template with administrative actions is triggered and our operational list of projects is also updated. This saves us much time.
