ClickUp is a great choice.

We use ClickUp as an all-in-one tool to manage our company. We have customized it extensively to handle all our client projects, serve as a CRM, and function as a database for various purposes. We store client files as attachments for quick access by everyone. Additionally, we utilize time tracking to invoice our clients accurately, dashboards to provide them with project information, and documents and whiteboards for various uses.

Previously, we used a variety of tools that sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t, which made it difficult to find what we needed. Now, we do everything in ClickUp, and it functions well. The app's premise is to consolidate everything in one place, and it achieves this effectively. We also started sending mails from there, so now we have clarity among salespeople.

We have stopped using maybe ten or eleven apps that we have been paying for which integrated together in some way but not so much in the end. We used a white boarding app, a time tracking app, a document app, a file sharing app, a wiki app and lot more.
