Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare

It manage our Internet present starting with DNS routing as well as primary cloud security. The biggest early impact the traffic that comes in to our websites. It reduces massive traffic and since we are using hyperscaler, it means a lot of cost reduction. that benefit alone justify the usage of Cloudflare.
  • Fast DNS, with such easy migration and deployment
  • A great dashboard that allows us to get much of the in-demand information right away.
  • it's fully SaaS model allow easy on/off capabilities and some even offer a free quota to start the experience.
  • more information and Integration between newer function and how does it will took it place in the overall existing platform
  • more pricing scheme, I believe by having a pricing bracket on top of $200 tier with some human interaction and/or consultation will greatly improve the user experience.
  • by being in Indonesia and having loads of user here, I think more local presence (Indonesia) would be much appreciated
  • More functionality in both end point as well as personal endpoint(not corporate) will help increase interest and benefit in Cloudflare
  • reduce internet traffic by a lot, especially if you use hyperscaler that charges your egress
  • first line of security is already come out of the box for paid packages so you have a little of that covered even without having a security PIC on your team
  • better routing means that your website or landing page will always can be found. It may not be the case for other as the local ISP's DNS server might not be the best of that you website might be incorrectly categorized
we are more suited with Cloudflare schemes compared to Akamai, as they are aim for the larger enterprise business. I like that Cloudflare has a much more general and neutral approach, while trying to get closer to us each time. In region like southeast Asia, locality is very important as many traffic are in the same country and/or the same region
1 month after implementing for DNS and reduce traffic. as people will quickly be aware of this. It justify itself with the egress cost reduction since many traffic with the proxied setting is greatly reduced. And the easy and seamless migration to the Cloudflare DNS actually done half the work of gaining support/reputation for our management
first of all, the platform is so easy that many are easy enough to understand. but when you need to call for support, the are very supportive and willing to help. they are quite informative and quickly understand our concerns. however some support are limited depending on your subscription level which is as it should be. So you might want to check whether your current tier is the right one for you

Cloudflare ensure that your website can be found and the implementation really easy. After that you can aim for more internet security and a bunch of other features with a great pre-defined setup by upgrading your subscription.
