Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures

We needed a tool to manage centralized signatures for our O365 exchange online mail service after migrating from the local exchange server to Microsoft online. We have been using CodeTwo for our old exchange server for years. We even were able to get a refund on the old licenses when switching to O365.

CodeTwo Email Signatures is super easy to set up. Also in direct comparison the price per signature is lower, at least when looking at 150 to 200 signatures. The amount of licenses can be handled in the backend. There also a 14day test period with a license for 1000 signatures.

Based on my experienced, CodeTwo Email Signature works well with our Microsoft Exchange Online Solution. We are a midsized company with ~150 employees and centralized management of signatures is super important. It is not suitable for smaler businesses where you just have to put 4 to 5 right into Outlook.
