Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control

We use ConnectWise Control for customers or prospects who are not on a support agreement where we would normally drop in an agent which also gives us unattended remote access. I understand ConnectWise also offers unattended remote access. We use it as an introduction to our skills and abilities. It's well received by the prospects we do utilize this product with.

Pros

  • Instant remote access via a brief download on the end user's side (prospective customer)
  • It's fast and light weight.
  • Clear image.

Cons

  • File transfer is slow. Dropbox is very fast.
  • I can say the tool is worth it. We have a simple license but what we have we use effectively and frequently.
ConnectWise does its job very well. We utilize it very well. It answers the call all of the other tools do as well.
We use it for prospective customers who are not on our support agreement as a one-time access tool. A customer can authorize access and see the ConnectWise logo on the bottom of their screen. When that logo is not there we are no longer connected. Gives them a good sense of security and control.
