Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control

We use ConnectWise Control as a remote IT support tool between our different sites. We also use the application for screen sharing.

Pros

  • User friendly interface even for non tech savvy people.
  • Feature filled application that provides a lot of flexibility when it comes to helping users.

Cons

  • No cons here. For our needs, ConnectWise provides everything at an affordable price.
  • Feature-packed software at an affordable price. Best ROI on the market for our needs.
We looked at many of the big name vendors for our remote support tool and although many of the top names had similar features and pleasant UE, what sealed the deal for us was the much more affordable price of ConnectWise.
We use ConnectWise for 90% of our remote support needs. Though we sometimes need to use RDP because certain users forget to run the application after downloading it.
