Excellent Remote Support Software for MSPs
Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
We use ConnectWIse Control to provide remote support to customers that do not have our RMM agent on it (therefore are an hourly billable customer) and to connect to clients that possibly have an issue with the RMM agent and is not allowing us to remote into their machines. This tool is being used by all of our technical employees within the organization.

- Excellent Remote Control (No issues with UAC prompts)

Cons
- Portal customization is somewhat cumbersome
- Occasional issue with agent PC utility (have to select alternative methods to connect)
- Increased efficiency with our technicians being able to connect to clients that we don't remotely manage. Previously they were attempting to use demo/free products that didn't always work.
- Better customer experience by giving us an easy way to reach us using a dedicated URL.
- Allowing us to complete otherwise challenging cases by installing unattended support to access a machine without human intervention.
All platforms are comparable but we chose ConnectWise Control for price, cloud hosted and dedicated URL that we could use to offer support.
